RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY
Whenever our customer(s) experience in receiving the default item from Us in any purchase and for any reason, you may proceed to return your default item(s) to Us.
All return items must be returned as follows:
A part from that, the returned item condition must come along with ALL TAGS INTACT for Outlet Credit ONLY.
The return item(s) must be posted to Us within 5 (FIVE) working days after receiving of your order (both local and international).
*Shipping / postage cost will be borne by the customer and strictly will be non-exchangeable for cash (No Cash Refund).
